Vanessa's passion is to empower Neurodiverse people to thrive in work, in life and in learning.
She does this by providing Davis programmes to clients from her base in Auckland, New Zealand.
Her journey with Dyslexia started back in 2007 with her own son who was struggling to read and write in school. Watching him lose his confidence and joy for going to school led her to a seek a solution for him - one that actually worked!.
The Davis Dyslexia Programme was that solution, it changed his life, and hers. After her son completed his programme Vanessa decided to train to become a Davis facilitator herself, it was during her training process that she realised her own ADD/Dyselxia!
She had seen the difference that completing a Davis Programme had made to her son's self confidence and self worth in just the one week of the programme - oh and her son learnt to spell and read to! She wanted to spread those amazing results to as many people as possible.
Becoming a Davis Methods Facilitator and delivering Dyslexia, Attention and Autism programmes, means that Vanessa gets to enable others to go through this transformation and leave her office feeling confident, capable and happy with who they are.
Vanessa has continued to develop and grow her skills and knowledge by completing the Clay Coaching programme and creating her own programme for adults with dyslexia and ADD called Resilient Minds.
She is passionate about helping as many people as possible create change in their lives and has grown her work to include the corporate space.

Dyslexia Programme
Our son has dyslexia, he is 12 yrs old and has struggled all his life with reading and spelling and was getting so far behind in school. We tried everything, we had so much help with Occupational Therapists, and every type of tutor you can imagine. But nothing really was helping and his self esteem was getting so low that I was really concerned.
We had such great recommendations from some people whose child had completed the Davis Dyslexia Programme that we felt we had to try it. So we did, this has been very recent but we are already seeing such incredible changes in our son's self esteem, he finally believes in himself.
He said "Mummy you know how I have always said I am dumb and you have always told me how clever I am, I now believe you, I am clever!"
He now knows how to learn and in his words "My biggest dream has finally come true". I could not recommend this anymore. We went through Vanessa Victor at Remarkable Minds, she was amazing.
Our son absolutely loved her and she was so great with him and communicated so well with me, she definitely was the best, I would so recommend her if you wanted to do the programme and you lived in Auckland. We are so happy it is such a fantastic feeling finally seeing hope and happiness in your child.

Attention Programme
Working with Vanessa was fascinating. I have been so confused about my brain my entire life. Unsure why I find some things so incredibly difficult and others easy. Why I get so anxious and afraid in learning situations.
Vanessa took me on a journey of discovery into my own mind. The tools she has given me are already starting to work and I am slowly getting better at consciously remembering to use them.
Vanessa is so knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that I understand. The technique is very organic and slowly day by day more and more unfolds and Vanessa is there to guide you the whole way.
What results have you seen in your life as a result?
The biggest change is my awareness about how I process information. But also how I panic when I don't understand something and the feelings of insecurity that come with that. The tools and techniques I've learned have helped me to move past the panic and find a better point to learn from. I feel so much more relaxed and confident about my abilities. It really is quite life changing!

I spoke to Vanessa after doing the online assessment. Vanessa was approachable, friendly and helpful. I explained to Vanessa what I was experiencing, feeling.

Concepts For Life
Since February to now May - we have noticed a lot of changes in her. She is a whole new person who can communicate, appears confident, isn’t scared to try on new things and is able to write better and her reading has improved a whole new lot.
