Valerie lives in Switzerland, Europe. She is a graduated nurse and specialized in intensive care (ICU). Later she worked as a lecturer for medical secretaries and completed her adult education skills with a Swiss certificate (SVEB 1).
She got in contact with Davis learning methods due to her daughter, diagnosed with dyslexia. Enthusiastic of the good results after the Davis-Mastery-for-Dyslexia-Program she decided to become a Davis Facilitator herself. Since January 2022 she offers programs (dyslexia, math and ADHD) to children and adults to improve their quality of live. She emphasizes on a mindful relationship at eye level as it is a common journey where both – client and facilitator – will learn from each other.
Learning is a lifelong task – this is Valerie’s belief. That’s why she is enrolled at the University of Zurich as a student in educational science and sociology. She wants to know more about learning in general and how people interact. These studies embrace the Davis Programs in a sensible way and open the door to the scientific world.
