I am a writer and for a very long time I have lived with the thought that there is something wrong with my abilities to read and learn things, as there is very less awareness about dyslexia in India. This was definitely affecting my work as being a writer, reading and writing is a very important part of my job. The 5-day program with smrati ma’am was in a way meditative. It is not only about dealing with dyslexia; it is also about how to be a confident and mentally active person. The tools she provides help you sharpen concentration and focus on your daily life work. Now I understand the problem and believe that I can deal with it with practice and time.

I am a professional CA, and my work involves a lot of reading and transactions related reports. I was facing issues while reading or doing my job since years as in I wasn't able to focus properly and I always thought that this is some problem with my approach ormaybe I'm not that strong willed, but when I met Smriti mam, she told me that it could be due to dyslexia. She gave me a thorough briefing on what actually dyslexia is and that there are various techniques to get it corrected. I joined her Dyslexia Correction program for 5 days and there was a remarkable difference that I felt just after my 3rd or 4th day. She is an amazing instructor, she was completely involved during her sessions and was very patient with me. I'm really glad that I joined this program since now I know where exactly is the problem and how can I correct it with practice.

I went to Dyslexia Correction for my son and the way Mrs Smrati handled him was exceptional. She is very patient, loving and understanding. I took my son again for another prog and later my daughter as well. I highly recommend Dyslexia Correction and Mrs Smrati Mehta to every parent irrespective of whether there's any learning disorder or not as she knows so many strategies to deal with children.

My son 9 year old went through the Davis program in August... I would thank Smriti mam for her patience and her willingness to always provide support for me as a mother and for my son. The long talks we have had for strategies in dealing with different situations has given me a lot of emotional support and confidence in being a good parent. Its been 2 months since the program and I definitely see changes in my son in his reading and focus. We will continue to follow the steps in the program to see further success.

My son had difficulty in reading, writing & spellings. While reading he used to guess the word rather than read. He now has the tools to which he can relate very easily to help him overcome his difficulties. A big difference; he is now able to differentiate between 'b' & 'd', he now makes an effort to read rather than guessing and his writing has become so good; beyond my imagination.
