For more than 30 years, I’ve taught children with all kinds of learning styles — bright, curious, capable learners who often struggled to show what they truly knew. I didn’t always recognise it as dyslexia, ADHD, or another learning difference. I just knew that no matter how hard they tried, traditional teaching wasn’t reaching them, and that broke my heart.
That’s why I founded Dyslexia Unpuzzled: to offer the understanding, tools, and confidence that I wish every child had access to.

Today, I work with children, teens, adults, and families to uncover their unique way of learning and to build confidence and clarity for lasting success.
At Dyslexia Unpuzzled, I offer three internationally recognised Davis℠ Mastery Programs, tailored to each learner:
Mastery for Dyslexia (Reading & Literacy) – building understanding, accuracy, and confidence in reading and writing.
Mastery for Maths – strengthening foundational numeracy and removing confusion around numbers and symbols.
Mastery for Attention (ADHD focus) – developing focus, self-regulation, and confidence through practical tools that work with the brain’s natural rhythm.

We have been super impressed with Nikki and her sessions with our daughter. Her self-confidence around learning and especially writing has grown immensely since she has done her new learning. Whitest it is early days yet, our son is gaining confidence in learning his letters and beginning to learn to read, and is now willing to try reading. But more importantly we now have a direction to be able to help him at home and with consistent effort he will get there.
