Lesli Graham is a wife, mother, grandmother, and teacher. She has always had a passion for teaching. She completed her Education Degree with a Masters in Reading Education. Lesli taught 5th grade for 19 years at Dennison Elementary in Lakewood, Colorado. She worked with students every year who were bright and curious, but had difficulty with reading, spelling, and math. Approaching retirement, Lesli decided to pursue being a facilitator of the Davis Dyslexia Correction® Program. She reached her goal in 2020 when she was certified by Davis Dyslexia Association International and launched Mastermind Learning Solutions.
As a mother and teacher Lesli has worked with dyslexic children for over 25 years. She found the book The Gift of Dyslexia by Ron Davis when searching for a way to help her son. It answered so many of their questions, and she began to work through it with her son with encouraging results. She didn't know about finding a facilitator. A few years later her great niece was diagnosed with dyslexia, and her mother found a Davis® facilitator. The results were amazing. As Lesli taught school and had students with dyslexia, her goal was to help them see their gifts, not their disability. Her greatest desire is to bring this program to as many as possible to help them move forward with confidence. Since becoming a Davis® facilitator, Lesli has had the privilege of working with children, teens, and adults who all had varying goals and desires. Seeing each of them succeed has been a true joy. She counts it a blessing to be able to work with you and/or your child.

Our 11 year old son Asher thrived during his week with Miss Lesli. I am a 48-year-old woman who is in a graduate program. I have no formal dyslexic diagnosis; however, I have been struggling with possible dyslexia my entire life. I had managed to overcome my issues without ever addressing what I felt was holding me back. The challenges of a graduate program exhausted the tools I had once used. Lesli and the Mastermind Learning Solutions was a fantastic resource for our teen who has been struggling academically for years. We didn’t realize that it was dyslexia until just recently because she had no problem reading and was not mixing up letters in the traditional way. I wanted to write a short note to let you know some of B's progress. We moved in May and B has finished several books in the Narnia series, as well as the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings. He has also read an abridged version of White Fang and several other fun books like National Geographic's Weird but True. He is reading both for school and for pleasure now. It is a huge change! He has done a lot of work! He also has grown in his understanding of consequences, which has had some lovely effects on his decisions.
