My journey with the Davis Dyslexia Programme began in the early 2000s, when all three of my children completed a programme. The transformation I witnessed was extraordinary – not just in their reading and learning, but in their confidence, their broader smiles, and their sense of ownership over their own learning journeys. It was truly life-changing – for them, and for me.
So inspired by their progress, I found myself deep in conversation with their Davis facilitator… and that conversation changed the course of my life. In 2004, I trained to become a Davis Facilitator myself, determined to help others experience the same breakthroughs.
Life led me down a few different career paths along the way, but I’ve now returned to what I love – and I’m so excited to be back. My passion is to help set free those who feel weighed down by dyslexia or other learning differences, and to help them discover the strengths that lie at the heart of how they think and learn. What many see as a struggle is, in truth, a gift – and I feel privileged to guide others as they begin to unwrap it.
I’m based in Wensleydale, a beautiful part of the Yorkshire Dales, but I’m happy to travel across the UK to share the power of the Davis methods. These programmes don’t just help with learning – they transform lives.
