Joanna's journey to becoming a Davis Facilitator began with a deep passion for helping people improve their well-being, become the best version of themselves, and reach their full potential. With 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, Joanna brings a deep understanding of the neurological and developmental processes that influence both physical and cognitive functions, enabling her to offer meaningful support and understanding to neurodivergent learners.
Through her own personal journey, Joanna discovered how much self-esteem shapes every aspect of life—how individuals engage with the world and how readily they pursue their dreams. Joanna believes that developing strong literacy skills plays a crucial role in the process of self-discovery, creating a positive self-image, and ultimately achieving one's goals.
Joanna's wish is for every neurodivergent child and adult to receive the support and encouragement they need—not only to excel academically but also to nurture their creativity, recognize their value, and build a healthy sense of self-esteem. Her brother's experience with dyslexia and ADHD, which went unrecognized until adulthood, further strengthened Joanna's commitment to this mission.
Today, as a Davis® Facilitator, Joanna feels privileged to have the knowledge and tools to support individuals with learning differences. She believes that the Davis® method offers a one-of-a-kind approach that is not only highly effective but also empowering for neurodivergent learners. It helps showcase their innate strengths and talents while building confidence in their abilities.
At Davis, dyslexia is viewed as a gift, not a deficit. Joanna encourages learners to appreciate and embrace their unique thinking style and provides them with the tools they need to take control of their learning experience. This makes learning engaging and enjoyable, leading to transformative and lifelong results.
For personal wellness, Joanna spends as much time as possible with animals and in nature. She enjoys hiking, riding her bike, practicing yoga, and meditation. In her work with clients, Joanna strives to create an environment where everyone feels included and thrives. Based in New Jersey, Joanna offers both in-person and online programs, including Mastery for Dyslexia, Mastery for Attention, Mastery for Math, and the Foundations for Reading program.

Joanna did a great job in facilitating the ADD program for my 12 year old son. It was really awesome to see how how she introduced all these valuable tools that has already started helping him focus more especially at school. We have already started getting such valuable feedback from his teachers in school as to how he’s able to focus better. Mastering the concepts with clay has been really fascinating to watch. I look forward to continue to see these excellent benefits of the Davis ADD program. Thank you Joanna for all your hard work and efforts in working with my son. -Daphne, Fl.
