Her memories during her school life are characterized by an intense feeling of failure. Being fired from her first job was the catalyst for her decision to attend the Davis Dyslexia program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her goal was one: &#8220;to see what I read.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the program we addressed the full spectrum of dyslexia and everything it contains in terms of emotions and fears. When she heard the word &#8220;reading&#8221; she felt fear and shame. As soon as K.D. received the alignment tool, she immediately said she felt &#8220;certainty.&#8221; With the koosh balls she was impressed that she could maintain her balance, catch the balls and not become disoriented. When we finished the program, in evaluating the results she said the characteristic phrase: &#8220;I don&#8217;t know if I&#8217;ll manage to work properly, but my feeling is that it was like I was drunk and someone gave me coffee to drink.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We met with Despina one month after the program and I observed the following important points:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>She did the mastery program EVERY DAY<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>She improved her handwriting tremendously<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>She considered that she was between 2 worlds (the old and new self)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>She decided to study her aerial photography course, which she was AFRAID to even touch because she didn&#8217;t understand it at all, and she found that she no longer had this difficulty. On the contrary, she could completely understand what she was reading.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>She sent an email without checking it &#8220;thousands of times&#8221; because she was confident about what she had written<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>She continues her training. She got a job a month ago. She feels confident and secure. All this change is also intensely visible in her presence &#8211; &#8220;she has become more beautiful.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\uddec\ud83c\uddf7
